This year, it’s been more difficult than ever to jumpstart your fitness routine. And with the holidays just around the corner, you may be thinking that a 2021 New Year’s resolution is your best bet. But you don’t have to wait. Midtown is offering a new program called Project Spark that allows you to try out each four of their boutique studios and classes over the course of 4 weeks for a one-time fee. This way, you can discover a new fitness passion, start to build a routine, and keep it after the program is over.

Whether you’re a former fitness junkie trying to find your rhythm again, or you’re completely new to the fitness space trying to find a routine that works for you, Project Spark has something for everyone. 

Each week highlights a different studio, with a different fitness focus. 

Week / Class #1 312: Theater

In 312, you’ll get 3 workouts (core, cardio, and strength) with 1 instructor, and no 2 workouts are ever the same.

Week / Class #2 Vibe: Ride

Cycle to the beat with this musically driven rhythm ride. Match your RPM’s with the tempo and move your body to the changing rhythm of carefully curated, themed playlists.

Week / Class #3 Zoned: The Field

This strength and cardio workout brings you together with a new squad while maintaining physical distancing in your dedicated “zone.” Group energy. Personal Space.

Week / Class #4 Vinyasa: Samadhi

Synchronize movement and breath to cultivate strength, balance and serenity in this all-level yoga class.

Classes begin November 10, 2020 and roll for 4 consecutive weeks (skipping Thanksgiving week). There are a variety of class days and times to choose from so you’re sure to find a slot that works for you.

That said, spots are limited. As always, Midtown is keeping things safe, clean, and socially distant with only 15 participants allowed in each class.
